Lawn Sod is an option if you have a small area and it is not cost effective to hydroseed. Owners with pets and children may not be able to wait for the hydroseed to establish. In order to save our clients money in these situations we can apply lawn sod to a portion of your yard for children and pets; and then hydroseed the rest.

Sodding

Some of our clients just prefer lawn sod. We are experts in the soil preparation and installation of lawn sod. Our landscape professionals can do an evaluation on your soil conditions. We can recommend proper soil preparation and the installation of a high quality sandy loam topsoil. The sandy loam helps promote root development and it also allows for surface water drainage unlike a heavy organic soil that can retain water and suffocate the root structure.

Removal and Replacement Of Sod

Removal and disposal of existing sod is another service we provide to our clients. After many years a lawn can become sparse, weedy, or infected with diseases like Necrotic Ring Spot. If you think it is time to remove your old lawn sod and replace it with new lawn sod, let us know!
